Wonderful winter day

In Frillesås, on the west coast of Sweden, the ice is just between iceskate- and paddle  able. The right hand side of the bay looked good, but the ice was thicker than it appeared. How ever a lovely, sunny day with blue skies.

Day 2 of 4* training. Wonderful conditions again. Rocky landing for lunch. Andreas is picking up climbing for a few minutes. After paddle chat and parking dancing. Carin from Horisont kajak has also been with us, observing, this weekend. Thanks for laughs and support Carin!

Trys Burke and Axel Schoevers in charge for 4* training. A nice windy day with force 4-5. Candidates are getting ready for practice personal skills in these lovely conditions.

Coastal Navigation/Tidal Planning

Trys Burke is infecting us, in a good way, with her enthusiasm in Coastal Navigation and Tidal Planning – preparing for 4* training and assessment according to the Brittish system BCU. We have a dedicated, mixed group of Swedes and Danes and it will be a good weekend for sure!
