We aim for 100% satisfaction. You can try the paddle you purchase from us for 30 days. If you're not satisfied you can return it to us for a full refund of the purchase price. For 3 years from the day you purchased your paddle, we will give you full service if anything needs to be done to it. We appreciate all feedback that can increase our customers' satisfaction.
